WHAT’S THE SCOOP:

In my past life, I was on the founding team of one of the biggest (and first!) wellness lifestyle magazines on the web. I’ve worked with everyone from juice companies to jewelry brands to write brand outlines, devise product manuals, imagine ambassador programs, find their voice, and generally add life and personality to ideas so they resonate. I’ve helped individuals build personal brands that leave a legacy, and worked with clients to help them nail the job interview of their dreams. My background in editorial and branding combined with my decade-plus of mindset coaching in the fitness and wellness space makes me uniquely fit to provide my clients with strategy and soul in equal amounts - because I believe you don’t have to sacrifice one for the other.

I also have been in the entertainment industry as a model, actor, singer, and host for two decades. Because of this, I know the ins and outs of what it means to successfully deliver a campaign or production — from both a business/strategy perspective and artistic perspective. I know what audiences need to see and feel to believe in something, and deliver with heart, conviction, and humanness.
